Iran's Position is Firm, Red Lines Remain the Same: Iranian Ambassador to Armenia
Iran's position is firm, and the red lines remain the same. This was stated by the Iranian ambassador to Armenia, Abbas Badakhshan Zohuri.
In an interview with "Lurer," he emphasized that Iran supports the unblocking of transportation routes in the region, provided that the internationally recognized borders and territorial integrity of countries are respected.
"The Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly declared on various levels that it supports the unblocking of communication routes, respecting the territorial integrity and national sovereignty of the countries in the region. In recent weeks, Armenian authorities have also emphasized this. We have witnessed that besides Iran and Armenia, other parties have also expressed opposition to the extraterritorial corridor. Iran's position is firm; the territorial integrity of countries must be respected, and internationally recognized borders must be accepted," he said.
