Armenia Holds Cadastral Document Confirming Tigranashen as Part of Republic, Lawyer States
Armenia possesses a cadastral document that indicates Tigranashen is part of the Republic of Armenia. This was stated by Aram Orbelian, a member of the 'Hayakve' initiative, during an extended rally of supporters on June 8.
"The renovation of the Kapan-Goris road was carried out by the Republic of Armenia, and those residing in the houses of Shurnukh have documentation regarding the property of Armenia," he added.
The lawyer also recalled that if any document implies territorial changes, a referendum must be conducted. "If Armenia's sovereignty extends to those territories, then the issue of holding a referendum arises in the case of territorial changes," Orbelian emphasized.
