Not All Remarks Addressed to Russia by Yerevan are Justified: Russian Embassy Advisor
Russian officials see all the remarks made in Yerevan addressing Moscow's policies, but not all of them are justified. This was noted by Alexander Novikov, an advisor at the Russian Embassy, in an interview with 24News.
“We indeed pay attention to some statements made here, but we do not think that all of them are justified, as not all of Russia's actions receive sufficient public resonance. The situation is quite complex, your relationship with Azerbaijan is complicated and intertwined. Being in contact with both sides, Russia has certain limitations regarding public relations; the situation is very delicate. If we did not work, we could afford to make quite high but empty statements. In many cases, what is being done requires a rather tactful approach,” he stated.
