Blinken to Visit China? Reuters
The U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is set to visit China in the coming weeks for talks. This was reported by Reuters, citing an American official.
The official did not provide specific dates for the visit. At the same time, it was mentioned that the State Department has not confirmed any plans.
“We do not have a trip that the Secretary needs to announce. As we have said before, the visit to the People's Republic of China will be rescheduled when conditions allow,” said State Department spokesperson Vedant Patel.
Bloomberg News had previously reported on the planned visit.
