Armenian-Azerbaijani Communication Unblocking Document Almost Ready: Baltov
Sergey Baltov, the Deputy Director of the 4th Department of the CIS of the Russian Foreign Ministry, announced during the round table discussion on "Mutual Perception of Armenia and Russia" that the document on unblocking communications, which is part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace treaty, is almost ready.
According to Baltov, only technical issues remain, and the document is nearly finalized with minor adjustments being made. He noted that there is just one last step left for the parties to take.
Earlier, it was reported that Prime Minister Pashinyan will be making a working visit to Moscow again. He will be in the Russian capital from June 7 to 9.
