Ukrainian Sabotage Group Attack in Belgorod Leaves Civilian Dead, Reports Gladkov

In the Grayvoron urban district of Belgorod region, one civilian has died from a gunshot wound to the head during an attack by a Ukrainian sabotage-reconnaissance group. This was reported by the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov.

“I just received information that the cause of death for the civilian who was shot during the entry of the sabotage-reconnaissance group in the Grayvoron area was a gunshot to the head, not shrapnel injury,” he wrote.

According to Gladkov, the deceased was once the commander of the Preobrazhensky Battalion, but he was no longer military personnel.

He also announced that the family of the deceased will receive 3 million rubles from the regional budget, and his minor daughter will receive 50,000 rubles monthly until she turns 21.

It is reminded that the civilian was killed during the entry of saboteurs on May 22-23.
