Erdogan's Sultanate Has Not Yet Ended, Says Greek Foreign Minister

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias has made a statement regarding the presidential and parliamentary elections in Turkey. Referring to the second round of the presidential elections, he remarked that Erdogan's sultanate has not yet ended, and drawing conclusions from opinion polls is quite challenging.

Regarding relations with Greece, the minister stated: "We always hope for the best, but we prepare for the worst. A strong and friendly relationship with Greece is not only important but also a necessary condition for Turkey to achieve its goals." Dendias also added that although relations with Turkey have improved recently, Turkey must definitively abandon its neo-Ottoman policies.
