Samvel Babayan to Hold Rally in Stepanakert
The leader of the Artsakh "Unified Homeland" party and former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Samvel Babayan, has organized a rally today at the Renaissance Square in Stepanakert. This was reported by ArmLur.am.
According to the media outlet, the rally will be titled "The people of Artsakh are the rightful owners of their fate." Participants are set to present their vision for overcoming the current situation in Artsakh and to convey demands to the authorities in this regard.
