Discussion on Establishing a Military Tribunal in Armenia: Pashinyan
The issue of establishing a military tribunal in Armenia is currently under discussion. This was announced by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with the Armenian community in the Czech Republic.
“There are specialized courts in Armenia, and this issue is on the agenda, including the military tribunal. Do you mean to say that I should agree to be judged and executed? Since 2020, I have come before the people and said that if you think I should be executed, then I will stand obediently against that wall of execution,” Pashinyan stated.
“If you want to execute me, that’s not a problem; I agree,” he said.
Previously, the Prime Minister had stated that he would soon present to the commission investigating the causes and circumstances of the 44-day war.
