VIDEO: Garnik Danielyan on Problems at Lars and Liquid Gas Shortage

Garnik Danielyan, a member of the Armenia parliamentary faction "Hayastan," addressed the artificial obstacles faced by car importing companies, issues with Armenian trucks exporting agricultural products to Russia, and the reasons behind the rise in liquid gas prices and shortages.

"For a week now, two out of the four X-ray machines at the checkpoint have not been operational. It raises a question: if the issue is technical, why are these same technical problems not affecting Georgian trucks? According to my information, around 2,000 trucks are currently waiting in line. The problems that have arisen at the Upper Lars checkpoint are also causing an artificial shortage of liquid gas in the market, which has led to a price increase from 110 drams to 200-220 drams in recent days," he stated.

He called on the relevant authorities to take measures to ensure that Armenian trucks can import liquid gas without obstacles, while monitoring and preventing gas shortages.
