Yerevan Proposes to Expand EU Observer Mission Capabilities in Armenia
Yerevan is proposing to expand the capabilities of the European Union observer mission in Armenia. According to reports from Armenpress, this was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, during a press briefing in Jermuk.
He emphasized that the number of observers is insufficient for monitoring the international borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“We invite all our partners to increase both the number of personnel and other capabilities so that the observers can carry out more adequate monitoring,” Grigoryan said.
