VIDEO: How Azerbaijan Closed the Hakari Bridge

The Azerbaijani side has once again grossly violated the provisions of the 2020 trilateral agreement and continues to disseminate disinformation regarding the transportation of weapons from Armenia to Artsakh. Shortly ago, they closed the Hakari bridge located on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border in the territory of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping forces, specifically in the ‘Lachin corridor.’

Azerbaijan has officially announced that they have set up a border checkpoint on the Lachin-Stepanakert highway. It is noteworthy that this constitutes a gross violation of the trilateral agreement of November 9, 2020. In other words, following the ruling of The Hague Court concerning the immediate restoration of uninterrupted movement between the two sides, Azerbaijan is not only failing to comply but is further exacerbating the blockade of Artsakh.
