“Let My Rivals Prepare”: Arsen Harutyunyan

Free-style wrestler and three-time European champion Arsen Harutyunyan has announced that he will be changing weight classes and will compete in the 57 kg category to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

“I will change my weight class and become the world champion in the 57 kg category. I won't miss the opportunity to become world champion this year. I will be the best in the 57 kg category and will participate in the Olympic Games. I say this with great confidence—let my rivals prepare,” said the Armenian wrestler, as quoted by the press service of the International Wrestling Federation.

It is noteworthy that Harutyunyan currently competes in the 61 kg weight class.
