Pashinyan Discusses Crisis with European Council President Charles Michel
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has had a phone conversation with European Council President Charles Michel.
The two discussed the ongoing crisis caused by Azerbaijan's illegal blockade of the Lachin corridor. They exchanged views on the Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization process, the peace treaty, and the reopening of regional communication routes.
Pashinyan expressed concern over the recent increase in Azerbaijan's aggressive rhetoric and provocative actions, which hinder efforts aimed at stability and peace. The European Council President reaffirmed the EU's readiness to support dialogue and peace in the region.
