Today's Meeting Was Held in an Open and Trustworthy Environment: Mirzoyan

The Armenian-Russian allied relations are at a high level, and in this context, the intense political dialogue continues. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, during a joint press conference with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, as he addressed the situation in the region.

“Today's meeting was held in an open and trustworthy environment. We discussed issues related to bilateral cooperation, as well as security topics concerning the South Caucasus region. We have noted that Armenian-Russian allied relations are at a high level. Intense political dialogue continues,” said Mirzoyan.

During the meeting, the close cooperation between the foreign policy agencies of the two countries was emphasized, aimed at further advancing through the signed two-year intergovernmental consultations. Reference was also made to joint cooperation within the frameworks of the CSTO, EAEU, CIS, and other regional and international organizations.
