Azerbaijan Violates Provisions of the 2020 Tripartite Statement: Mirzoyan
An expanded meeting has started in Moscow between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
“Unfortunately, there is not a single point in the November 9 tripartite statement that Azerbaijan has not violated,” said Mirzoyan.
The minister emphasized that Baku has systematically violated the ceasefire, occupied the territories of Armenia, illegally closed the Lachin corridor, and detained Armenian prisoners of war.
According to Mirzoyan, Armenia expects its allies to take active steps to ensure Azerbaijan's compliance with its obligations, as well as to stop the use of force.
