"There is a guarantee issue: they went to Baku for a meeting, will they return or not?" - Pashinyan
"There is a guarantee issue: they went to Baku for a meeting, will they return or not?" This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with journalists, in response to a question regarding Yerevan's stance on Azerbaijan's proposal.
It is worth noting that an invitation was sent from Aliyev's office for a meeting in Baku between representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan.
According to the Prime Minister, discussions are necessary, and representatives from Nagorno-Karabakh should be part of the conversation. He emphasized, "When Armenia is the primary subject discussing this issue, there are constant skeptical views from Artsakh, doubts like 'Oh, what conspiracies are these?' We believe that the representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh themselves should speak so that they can take responsibility for that and have the opportunity to articulate and pursue their expectations and principles," said Pashinyan.
