Official Statement from Russia on Ukrainians Penetrating Bryansk

The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation has issued an official statement regarding the events taking place in the Bryansk region.

The statement specifically mentions that measures are being undertaken by the FSB and associated forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense to neutralize armed nationalists from Ukraine who have violated the state border in the Klimovsky area of the Bryansk region.

As previously reported, clashes are ongoing in the Bryansk region of Russia with Ukrainian saboteurs, according to TASS, citing law enforcement sources.

According to incoming information, around 10:00 AM, saboteurs entered the territory of the Bryansk region, divided into two groups, and proceeded towards the villages of Sushany and Lyubechane, where they took local residents hostage. There are two reported casualties.

It is mentioned that preliminary data indicates 10 to 20 military personnel crossed the border, while other Telegram sources report up to 50 military personnel involved.
