Bayramov on Armenian-Azerbaijani Negotiation Process: Joint Press Conference of Foreign Ministers Underway

A joint press conference of the Foreign Ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan, Sergey Lavrov and Jeyhun Bayramov, is currently taking place in Baku, following their negotiations. This was reported by the Azerbaijani agency Sputnik.

“Baku and Yerevan are engaged in online diplomacy. They are simply exchanging comments on the draft of the peace agreement,” Bayramov stated, adding that Azerbaijan considers this approach to be ineffective and a dead end.

“The sooner the Armenian side changes its approach and returns to the negotiating table, the more beneficial it will be for the process,” Bayramov added.
