Tragic Discovery: Bodies of 26-Year-Old Man and 18-Year-Old Woman Found in a Garage in Artik

On February 24, a tragic incident occurred in the Shirak region. Around 6:00 PM, the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia and the Rescue Service received a call reporting that there were likely individuals inside a garage on Shinararner Street in the city of Artik who were not responding to knocks on the door or phone calls.

Authorities forced open the garage door, where they discovered a parked Mercedes vehicle. According to Shamshyan.com, the body of a man was found in the back seat of the car, while the body of a woman was located on the ground beside the vehicle.

The police and the investigative department are working to identify the deceased individuals. According to media reports, the deceased are identified as 26-year-old Sargis A. and 18-year-old Azatuhy H., both residents of Shirak province. It is also noted that Sargis A. worked at the Artik penitentiary of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia.
