18+ VIDEO: Driver Hits Two Children Attempting to Cross Street and Flees in Russia
Surveillance footage captured the tragic moment of an accident that occurred in the Karalyev district of Moscow. A Nissan driver hit a 12-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy who was attempting to cross the street with her. After the incident, the driver fled the scene.
The 12-year-old girl died on the spot, while the 5-year-old boy was hospitalized in serious condition. Police managed to apprehend the 37-year-old driver, who has been arrested and a criminal case has been initiated.
