Fire in One of Stepanakert's Offices; Victim's Condition Critical
On February 11, at 3:13 AM, a call was received at the crisis management center of the Artsakh Emergency Situations Ministry from a resident of Stepanakert reporting a fire at 17 Knunyantsner Street.
The first floor guard post of a two-story office building was completely burnt, and the corridor suffered from smoke damage.
Preliminary data indicates that the guard, a 50-year-old resident of Stepanakert, M.G., was taken to the republican medical center with severe burns. According to information from doctors, his condition is critical.
The National Emergency Situations Ministry's State Fire and Technical Safety Inspectorate is conducting checks regarding the incident.
