Ambassadors of Countries Closing Diplomatic Missions in Istanbul Summoned by Turkey's Foreign Ministry
Several diplomatic missions in Istanbul have been closed days ago due to the potential risk of terrorist attacks, reports ermenihaber.am.
According to the source, in response to this situation, the Turkish Foreign Ministry has summoned the ambassadors and representatives of the United States, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, England, Germany, Belgium, France, and Italy in Ankara.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that the safety of diplomatic personnel in Turkey is ensured by international agreements, and such measures serve the 'fraudulent and secret' agendas of terrorist organizations.
