Iran to Participate in the Normalization of Turkish-Syrian Relations, Lavrov
Russia considers it logical for Iran to participate in new contacts aimed at the normalization of relations between Turkey and Syria, a fundamental agreement on which has been reached, announced Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a press conference after talks with Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.
Previously, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan indicated the possibility of Tehran joining the negotiations for the normalization of relations between Ankara and Damascus, in which Moscow is also currently involved.
