Foxes Seen More Frequently in Moscow Streets: Expert Explains Why

Foxes have begun to appear more frequently in the streets of Moscow, associated with the animals' breeding season. This was reported by Sergey Burmistrov, head of the city's Department of Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

The expert stated that foxes are often roaming the city, unafraid of people, in search of mates and places to breed. There have been instances where they choose locations such as kindergartens, schools, and hospitals as their dwelling places.

Experts also remind that foxes are wild animals, and approaching them can be dangerous; they should not be petted or fed.
