Arayik Harutyunyan Makes a Statement

The people of the Republic of Artsakh are the greatest supporters and advocates for peace and friendly relations, however, peace is simply impossible without the recognition and respect for the rights of the Armenians of Artsakh. This was stated by the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, on his Facebook page.

"Under different conditions, the price of peace is the lives and genocide of the people of Artsakh. Living under a month-long blockade and various ongoing repressions, the 120,000 residents of Artsakh continue to hope that in the 21st century, genocides cannot and should not occur; in today's world, a person, their rights, and freedoms are more valuable than monetary expression of worth. We do not cease to believe in the existence of a civilized and faithful humanity," wrote Harutyunyan.
