Gegham Stepanyan on Calls Directed at Azerbaijan
The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan, has addressed calls directed at Azerbaijan on his Twitter microblog. He stated: “Throughout the 44-day war, numerous calls were made, but that did not prevent Azerbaijan from continuing to commit war crimes. The authoritarian Azerbaijan is not a country that can be stopped by appeals. The dictatorship and Aliyev’s criminal regime must be punished. Period.”
