VIDEO: "Take Action Against Aliyev's Last Efforts for Ethnic Cleansing" - Tankian

World-renowned rock musician Serj Tankian has addressed the blockade of the Lachin corridor on his social media accounts. On his Twitter page, Tankian shared an interview he had given to TYT a few days ago, discussing Azerbaijan's illegal blockade of Artsakh. According to Tankian, the humanitarian situation is deteriorating.

He emphasized that it is time for the President of the United States and U.S. officials to directly pressure Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

On Facebook, Tankian expressed gratitude to Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and City Council President Paul Krekorian, who officially wrote to U.S. President Joe Biden urging help for the people of Artsakh.

The musician called on everyone to spread the flag of Artsakh on their social media pages as a sign of support for the Artsakh Armenians, who have found themselves on the brink of humanitarian disaster due to the “illegal blockade by the Azerbaijani dictator.”

“As Azerbaijan's genocidal blockade continues for 24 days, the Republic of Artsakh and its citizens are deprived of essential supplies and food. Spread this flag in support of Artsakh. Aliyev and the Azerbaijani government do not want this flag and the people it represents to exist, so share it. Raise awareness, educate, organize, and unite for the sake of Artsakh. Take action against Aliyev's last efforts for ethnic cleansing,” Tankian noted.
