How Many People Participated in the Stepanakert Rally
According to various experts, between 60,000 and 70,000 people participated in the rally. This was stated by Artak Beglaryan, an advisor to the Minister of State of Artsakh, on his Telegram channel, addressing the gathering that took place today in Stepanakert’s Renaissance Square.
“Let Aliyev's regime and Azerbaijani society ask themselves how so many people could gather under a blockade, if they claim there are not even 40,000 people in Artsakh,” Beglaryan noted.
The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, stated that the people of Artsakh stand firm and steadfast on their land, and their struggle is just.
It is worth recalling that on the morning of December 12, a group of Azerbaijanis in civilian clothing closed the Stepanakert-Goris highway under the pretext of environmental reasons at the crossroads near Shushi-Karin Tak, completely blockading the Republic of Artsakh for two weeks.
