Restrictions on Public Catering Services to Be Imposed in Artsakh from Today
The Information Headquarters of Artsakh reports: “Based on point 4 of part 1 of Article 11 of the law on the legal regime of martial law, and guided by point 3.1 of the decree NH-1792-N of the President of the Republic of Artsakh dated December 13, 2022, as well as points 6 and 92 of the established procedure set forth in the decree NH-108-N of the President of the Republic of Artsakh dated September 25, 2017, the Government of the Republic of Artsakh has decided to impose restrictions on public catering services. This decision will come into effect on December 29, 2022, at 13:00.”
