FIFA and UEFA May Strip Ukraine of Membership

The International Federation of Football (FIFA) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) have threatened the Football Association of Ukraine (UAF) with suspension from the organizations, according to Life.

The warning letter was published on social media by UAF Vice President Oleg Protassov.

FIFA and UEFA are concerned that a third party may influence the management of the association's affairs. They are also worried about the extraordinary session of the UAF Executive Committee scheduled for December 20, where they plan to discuss the legality of the powers of the UAF president Andriy Pavelko, who was arrested by a Kyiv court for misallocation of funds.
