Administrative Proceeding Initiated on Unjustifiably High Drug Prices in Artsakh
Based on a citizen's complaint and inspections conducted by the Economic Competition Protection Department of the Commission, as well as information received from several citizens, the Commission has initiated an administrative proceeding against "Kristine Iskandaryan" LLC regarding unjustifiably high drug prices. This was reported by the State Commission for Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition of Artsakh.
Following observations on social media and the information presented to the Commission, several studies are being conducted in other pharmacies operating in the drug circulation sector to uncover unscrupulous behavior.
“Dear residents of Artsakh, given the current situation, the Commission is currently working under extreme pressure. We urge and encourage citizens to immediately report any unscrupulous and shameless behavior of economic operators to the Commission's hotline at 047 95 95 55. For additional inquiries, citizens may also contact the operational headquarters hotline at 119, or from the Republic of Armenia and abroad at +374-47-119-119,” the statement reads.
