Kremlin Reveals Least Preferred Path for Resolving Situation in Ukraine
The least preferred path for Russia in resolving the situation in Ukraine is diplomacy, stated Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President. The information was reported by RIA Novosti.
“Of course, the least preferred route to achieve our interests is the peaceful diplomatic path,” Peskov told reporters.
It is worth noting that earlier, U.S. President Joe Biden stated that he does not plan to engage with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the near future but acknowledges the possibility if the Russian president shows “interest” in stopping the conflict in Ukraine. At the same time, the American leader emphasized that further communications with the Russian president would be possible following consultations with their NATO partners.
