Positive Signals Received During Talks with Russian President, Says PM

During the government meeting on November 24, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that positive signals were received during the talks with the Russian President that took place yesterday.

"We received certain signals or information, which means that there may be a significant and serious opportunity for us to return and start the restoration works of the railway. We are talking about the Horadiz-Meghri-Ortubat-Sadarak-Eraskh railway. But I emphasize, taking into account the previous bitter experience, I just want to share the information now, but I must say that everything still needs to be confirmed and recorded. The good news is that we will not have a problem with financial opportunities," he said.
