Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia, who has traveled to Tehran, attended a joint press conference with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi at the Sadabad complex in Tehran on Tuesday, reports mehrnews.com.
Iran's president stated that Pashinyan's visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran will undoubtedly be a turning point in the development of both countries during the press conference. He emphasized that friendly politics is one of the highlighted policies of the Iranian government. Raisi added that such bilateral meetings are on the agenda, aiming to develop economic, trade, and security relations between Iran and Armenia.
He also stressed that regional issues should be resolved by regional actors and declared: “Any foreign intervention in the region will create problems instead of solving them.”
