"Communications Passing Through Armenia Must Be Under Our Control" - Pashinyan
“The communications that pass through the territory of Armenia must be under the full control of the Republic of Armenia and operated in accordance with Armenian legislation: the Russian Federal Border Guard Service must monitor the implementation of the agreements reached,” said Pashinyan.
According to him, Armenia is very interested in unblocking communication routes and is ready at any moment to proceed with the decisions stipulated in point 9 of the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021.
