Attacker of Paul Pelosi Sought Nancy Pelosi

The individual who attacked U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, was reportedly searching for the Congresswoman herself, according to CNN, citing sources from American law enforcement on October 28.

According to reports, during the assault on Paul Pelosi, the assailant insisted on knowing where his wife was. Earlier, it was reported that an attack took place at the residence of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, resulting in injuries to her husband.

"This morning, the attacker broke into Pelosi's San Francisco home and violently assaulted Mr. Pelosi," the statement reads. As NBC noted, Pelosi's husband underwent brain surgery after being hospitalized following the attack.
