Armen Grigoryan is Heading to Moscow
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision according to which the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, will travel to the Russian Federation.
The visit will take place on November 2-3. Armen Grigoryan will participate in the 10th meeting of the secretaries of security councils of the CIS member states in Moscow.
