No Special Announcement Will Be Made: Kherson Administration Head on Referendum

After the publication of the referendum results, there will be no special announcement regarding the creation of an independent state in the Kherson region. This was stated by the head of the Kherson Regional Administration, Vladimir Saldo. According to him, citizens want to be part of the Russian Federation.

“The Russian Federation is an independent state, so for some time, it will probably be technically done, it just won't be announced. There will be no special announcement,” said the head of the Kherson Regional Administration.

It is worth noting that referendums are being held in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, to join the Russian Federation. The referendum will conclude today.
