Aliyev and Volodin Meet: What Was Discussed?
In Baku, the President of the State Duma of Russia, Vyacheslav Volodin, met with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Volodin stated, “The relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are successfully developing primarily due to the efforts made by the presidents.” He also emphasized that “the State Duma and the Milli Majlis should work in the near future to ensure the agenda of the ‘Agreement on Allied Cooperation.’ We need to find new formats to propose solutions to issues that are strategically important for both countries.”
