The Attorney General of Armenia takes office with an oath taken during a session of the National Assembly.
Anna Vardapetyan, the Attorney General of Armenia, recently swore to adhere unwaveringly to the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens from criminal encroachments, to uphold the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Armenia, to strengthen legality, and to maintain the reputation of the prosecution service, as well as the dignity and good name of the office of the Attorney General.
