Differentiate Between Wet and Dry: Police Warn Citizens

As the holiday season approaches, the police have advised those traveling abroad to be cautious to avoid falling victim to scams.

"A key indicator of distinguishing between wet and dry is the significantly lower price of flight tickets and hotels. There are many cases where our citizens have lost substantial amounts of money by succumbing to the lure of low prices," stated the law enforcement agency.

To avoid being scammed, the police urge citizens to request a contract from the travel agency before making any payments, which should clearly outline every aspect of the vacation, and to verify the authenticity of flight tickets and vouchers.
