Zelensky Proposes to Dismantle All Panel Buildings

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has proposed to analyze the feasibility of restoring damaged panel buildings, according to УНИАН.

“If it has already happened, and we are at war, shouldn’t we consider the possibility of dismantling panel buildings across the country, especially in the areas that have been destroyed?” he posed the question.

The President noted that this is also an opportunity to modernize the country and its cities, constructing contemporary housing.
