Meeting Between Artsakh President and Paris Mayor Held in Syunik Province

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, received a representative delegation led by Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo on May 27. This was reported by the press service of the President of Artsakh.

During the private conversation, the President expressed his gratitude to the Mayor of Paris for her initiative and courage, emphasizing that the authorities of Artsakh highly value the periodic communications with political circles in France.

Expressing thanks for the warm welcome, Anne Hidalgo noted that Paris is willing to exert necessary efforts to provide support to the people of Artsakh within the framework of humanitarian programs.

Subsequently, an extended meeting took place, attended by representatives of the legislative and executive bodies of Artsakh, the Ambassador of Armenia to France, Hasmik Tolmajian, members of the Bureau of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, leaders of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations in France, Syunik Governor Robert Ghukasyan, and other officials. A wide range of humanitarian issues was discussed during the meeting.

The meeting was held in the city of Goris in Syunik Province of Armenia.
