Soldier Detained in Nagorno-Karabakh to Be Returned to Armenia: Statements from Azerbaijan
Eduard Martirosov, a serviceman of the Armenian army detained in Nagorno-Karabakh, will be handed over to Armenia this week, said Ahmad Shahidov, coordinator of the Information Center for Prisoners of War and Hostages, to Trend.
"Eduard Martirosov, who was detained by Azerbaijani border guards, will be returned to the Armenian side this week," Shahidov stated.
Martirosov was arrested on April 23 in the vicinity of the Kovsakan region by the Azerbaijani State Border Service.
