Deputy Foreign Minister Refuses to State that Artsakh Will Not Be Part of Azerbaijan
A number of opposition members of parliament are currently at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. After a confrontation with police at the entrance, only a few parliamentarians were allowed to enter the building. The lawmakers want to hear from the ministry staff that Artsakh will not be part of Azerbaijan.
Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan is being demanded by the parliamentarians to literally state that Artsakh will not be part of Azerbaijan. The deputy minister refuses to articulate the following sentence: 'Artsakh will not be part of Azerbaijan.'
