The police were negotiating with him, after which he voluntarily presented himself to the Armavir police department. We have also heard that he took the firearm with him to the station.”

During the examination, they discovered 5 spent cartridges, shattered pieces from gunfire, traces of blood, and bloody sandals. According to Vardan Tadevosyan, spokesperson for the Armenian Investigative Committee, a criminal case has been initiated by the Armavir regional investigative department regarding the incident. By the investigator's decision, L. Harutyunyan was arrested. He also presented 6 bullets along with the firearm.
