The Kiev regime has carried out a provocation in the Mykolaiv region, where militants in vehicles marked with the letter Z looted the local population. This information was provided by the head of the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev.

According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' command orchestrated a staged shooting, depicting Russian military personnel allegedly robbing peaceful citizens. '

The fighters of the 191st brigade of the 123rd territorial defense battalion, dressed in Russian uniforms and driving vehicles marked with the letter Z, brazenly looted private homes and filmed their atrocities with mobile phones,' said the general.

The head of the center emphasized that the Russian Defense Ministry is warning the so-called civilized West in advance that this latest fake about 'Russian atrocities' is planned to be disseminated through Western 'objective' and 'independent' media with the full approval of coordinators in Kyiv.

According to him, such provocations by the Kiev regime further illustrate Ukraine's complete indifference to the fates of peaceful citizens.

It is noteworthy that in the early hours of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the decision to conduct a special military operation against Ukraine, as the LPR and DPR requested assistance. The objective of the special operation is to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine and to push it towards neutrality. Combat operations in Ukraine have now been ongoing for the 57th day.
