Major Car Accident in Kotayk Region: 3 People Hospitalized

Today, on April 5, a major car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. At around 11:00 AM, on the 6th kilometer section of the Abovyan-Zoraghbyur highway, a Lada Priora vehicle veered into the oncoming lane and collided head-on with a Hyundai vehicle.

According to photographer Gagik Shamshyan, who reported from the scene, three individuals were injured in the accident. They initially received assistance from bystanders and were then provided first aid by emergency medical personnel who quickly arrived from Abovyan, after which they were transferred to the Abovyan Medical Center.

The police are currently investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured.
