Suicide in Yerevan: The Deceased is a 26-Year-Old Man

Today, on April 8, a suicide occurred in Yerevan.

At approximately 16:30, the Mashtots Police Station and the Davtashen Police Department received a call reporting that a man's body was found under the Kyiv Bridge.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the police have cordoned off the area and are waiting for the arrival of a medical examiner. Currently, a team from the Investigative Committee of Armenia's Yerevan Investigative Division for Ajapnyak and Davtashen districts is conducting an examination at the scene.

Preliminary information has revealed that the deceased was 26-year-old Karen H., a resident of Kotayk Province.

By the investigator's decision, an autopsy has been ordered.
